Dale Salton

Manager, CFA

Dale Salton has approximately eight years of experience providing financial and economic analysis of intellectual property in both the litigation and non-litigation context.  His background includes supporting expert analyses of economic damages in intellectual property, breach of contract, and unfair competition disputes.  He performs various analyses including the evaluation of lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment.  Mr. Salton’s role in these engagements focuses on market research, strategic planning, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.  Outside the context of litigation, Mr. Salton has also assisted clients with asset appraisal, intellectual property monetization strategy, royalty negotiations, and investment analysis.  

Mr. Salton is a Manager with Truest. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Salton worked as a Consultant at Hoffman Alvary & Co. (d/b/a Archway Research) in Boston, Massachusetts.  Archway Research is a boutique firm that offers various services related to litigation, valuation, and law firm management strategy.

Mr. Salton graduated from the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in economics.  He also holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.  In addition, Mr. Salton holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
